Becoming the Good Samaritan

“In so far as you did this to one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did it to me.”Matthew 25:40

The priest and the Levite were not cruel; they were busy. The Samaritan simply stopped.

Many who suffer today are not asking for answers. They are asking for someone to stop, kneel, and stay.

Today, stop for one person. A call, a visit, a prayer. That is how Christ still binds wounds.

A short prayer Lord, open my eyes to the wounded beside my road, and give me a heart that stops. Amen.
