Praying the Sorrowful Mysteries when it hurts

The Sorrowful Mysteries walk with Jesus from Gethsemane to Calvary. Each one meets a different kind of suffering.
The Agony for anxiety, the Scourging for bodily pain, the Crowning with Thorns for humiliation, the Carrying of the Cross for long burdens, the Crucifixion for grief and abandonment.
Mary stood at the foot of the cross. She will stand beside yours.
A short prayer
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
